Summer Math Camp Registration

Service Description

Secure your spot today by registering for our Summer Math Camp at the WHM Lab. Camp begins on July 8th and runs through August 16th offering mathematical exploration and engaging activities. This summer we will explore numbers, patterns, and problem-solving while exploring the world of mathematics. Don't miss out on exciting field trips, cooking lessons, gardening and yoga and wellness classes. Our camp offers a unique blend of mathematical exploration and enriching activities. Registration fee includes t-shirt and tote bag with supplies. Please list weeks of attendance when booking. Payment in full is due by May 15th. Invoice and summer camp schedule will be sent via email upon registration.

Cancellation Policy

A consistent weekly attendance is strongly recommended to increase your child’s progress. You may cancel your child’s prepaid session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session with no penalty. With the exception of illnesses and emergencies, sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as a full session. Please call or text to cancel a session. In the event that your child is running late for their in person or virtual session, please call or text. There will be a 15 minutes grace period . In the event that the scholar shows up or logs in to the zoom meeting after the 15 minutes grace period without any notification , the tutor will not see the child and the parent will be charged as a full session. No adjustments to fees or hours will be made due to a late arrival by the student.
