Service Description
November is national diabetes month. Expert certified diabetes educator, Peta Shaw is talking to the Bedstuy community about taking control of our health. This free community event is focusing on combatting diabetes in our community. Registered attendees will receive a 10% discount at the Bush Doctor.

Cancellation Policy
A consistent weekly attendance is strongly recommended to increase your child’s progress. You may cancel your child’s prepaid session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session with no penalty. With the exception of illnesses and emergencies, sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged as a full session. Please call or text to cancel a session. In the event that your child is running late for their in person or virtual session, please call or text. There will be a 15 minutes grace period . In the event that the scholar shows up or logs in to the zoom meeting after the 15 minutes grace period without any notification , the tutor will not see the child and the parent will be charged as a full session. No adjustments to fees or hours will be made due to a late arrival by the student.
